At KMT Muaythai, we’re proud to have an exceptional team of coaches who are passionate about sharing their expertise and helping you grow. Each of our instructors brings a wealth of experience in Muay Thai and fitness training. They’re not just skilled in the sport—they’re also approachable, supportive, and dedicated to making sure you feel comfortable and motivated, no matter your level.
Our coaching team is DBS-checked to ensure safety for all participants, especially for the children and junior members. Many of our senior members are also highly experienced and always willing to help newcomers develop their skills. We believe that learning happens in a supportive community, and we are proud of the team spirit that runs through our club.
Additionally, we offer personal training sessions, either in one-on-one settings or small groups. If you want to focus on specific goals or get individualized attention, our coaches will create a plan tailored just for you. Contact us for more details!
CLASS REQUIREMENTS
To make sure you're safe and comfortable during training, the following equipment is recommended for all classes:
• Basic Equipment:
10-16 oz gloves (depending on your size)
Hand wraps
Shin guards
Knee and elbow pads (optional but recommended for safety)
• For Sparring:
Gum shield
Box/cup/groin guard
We suggest bringing your own equipment, but if you’re just starting out, don’t worry! We have some equipment available for beginners to use during their first sessions.

Our training room is designed to maximize your training experience with:
Full matting
A fitted boxing ring
Various boxing bags and training pads
Kettlebells, medicine balls, and other strength training equipment.
